Estates: Planning Ahead
A personal manual for estate planning
Fourth Edition

Estates: Planning Ahead was initiated in 1986 when several cancer patients revealed that they were not prepared legally or financially for their illness or their death. In response to their concerns, NCCC  developed this practical guide to estate planning. This 50-page guide includes information about wills, trusts, guardianships, health care directives, funeral planning, memorial services, checklists, organ and tissue donations, and resources for additional assistance.
